Story

FOR EVERY £10 DONATED, YOU WILL BE ENTERED ONCE INTO A RAFFLE TO WIN:

**   TWO TICKETS TO THE ARCTIC MONKEYS AT THE ROYAL ALBERT HALL SATURDAY 27TH MARCH

**   AND SIGNED MERCHANDISE FROM COLDPLAY

Six teachers and three pupils from Magdalen College School are running a half marathon to raise money for Kinyere School in the remote region of rural southern Uganda.  Mr Spowart is rowing the same distance, and Adam Brodie is doing a 'reading' marathon with 13.1 short stories!

Children here lack the basic necessities we have come to expect.  Food, water, clothing and school equipment are all desperately lacking.  Your donations will go directly to those in most need - teachers and students from our school are making regular visits to the region with anything you can contribute.  Just £4 will feed one child lunch every school day for a year.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - we raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
