Story
As Canadian prog-metallers Protest the Hero so accurately point out, cancer is an issue which affects a ridiculously large amount of people. In my case, I lost my grandmother and grandfather to cancer, 10 and 15 years ago respectively. In my own very small way, I want to try and help us beat this awful disease.
Next Saturday (10th May) I am going very slightly out of my way to battle my dislike of haircuts (it's 32 months since I last had one). I will also be donating my shorn locks to the Little Princess Trust to make wigs for children who've lost their hair through cancer treatment.
In that spirit, go slightly out of your way and donate what you can to this great cause: the ultimate aim of curing cancer. Every little helps, so thanks a bundle!
