So, in our next Mermaids for MS challenge, following the Successful Channel Swim, Carlos, Sophie, Jaime and Nicky are  aiming to Cycle from London to Paris (France) in a team of 4. Sophie and Carlos are then carrying on all the way to Nice. We think this will take around 14 days and we will be cycling for 50-60 mies per day.

The ride for Carlos and Sophie is over 1000 miles (350 miles for Jaime and Nicky)  and covers some fairly steep mountainous terrain. We are doing this to raise lots of money for research into MS which is a disease very close to our hearts.

It took us 19 days to cycle 1006 miles from London, Marble Arch to Paris, over the Alps, and down into Nice.
