The Ice Bucket Craze has swept the nation with people taking up the challenge for their favourite charity. MITIE are joining in too and will be raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support. 

Go on join in and chuck a bucket of iced water over your head for this great cause. Share a photo or video of yourself in action on Facebook or email and challenge a friend to take part too. They should aim to do their dunk within 24 hours.
