I’m taking part in the London 10k on 13th July 2014 in aid of the RAF Benevolent Fund (RAFBF). The money will be used by the RAFBF to support the RAF family, young and old, providing emotional, practical and financial assistance to those in need. I’ll be running with 9 colleagues from work - we aim to raise a minimum of £2500 between us. Please give generously.
