Minstead Trust changes lives. We provide support, training and employment opportunities for people with learning disabilities. They gain skills and confidence that help them live more independently and happily as valued members of society.

Story

Minstead Training Project is a registered Charity organisation which provides training and support for adults with learning disabilities with the opportunity for them to gain and maintain skills to live an independent lifestyle.

In June 2011 a small group of courageous staff from Minstead Training Project will be taking on the challenge of climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon over a weekend. This challenge aims to raise money for the Minstead Training Project and the students.

We will climb Ben Nevis first at a height of 1,344 metres, then Scafell Pike at 978 metres and finally Snowdon at 1,085 metres.  Each climb can take between 5 to 6 hours and we have to travel to each destination covering a total of 1,062 miles.

We are seeking financial support to raise money to assist  Minstead Training Project with the very worthwhile work they carryout at the Project.
