A Little more about the Hemraj Goyal Foundation.

 

I am a finalist in Miss Universe Norfolk 2013 and all finalist raise money for the Hemraj Goyal Foundation. The Hemraj Goyal Foundation helps disadvantaged areas of society in order to help and improve the quality of people's lives by providing financial and human resources to charities that are already making a huge difference globally. We have decided to support the charity Strongbones Children's Charitiable Trust. Stongbones is set up to help families who have children suffering from brittle bone disease, bone cancer, scoliosis, arthritis, and all other bone conditions.

 

Raising money for Stongbones helps these children by taking them out of social isolation and giving them the ability to participate in every day life. They also relieve the families burden whilst they come to the realisation that their child has a long term incurable disability that will have a life changing impact on the whole family.

 

A lot of the families effected  come from the most poverty stricken sections of society coupled with the fact that many of these parents have had to give up employment to provide around the clock care for the life altering conditions of their children.

 

It takes so much strength and resilience to care for a disabled child, lets try and make it easier for them.
