Garden House Hospice Care offers care and support to patients and their families. As a registered charity the hospice is dependent on donations so hospice care can be offered through in-patient admissions, day hospice, hospice at home, out-patients clinics and the family support team.

Story

Hi. 

I want to raise money for the Garden House Hospice because it is a great place that helps people. I want to help my friend Hugh whose Mummy was helped by them three years ago.
