Here we are again; our third year on the event.

Last year was exceptional with our visit to Ireland and the finish in North Wales , in the snow, at altitude. We finished the event again and eventually broke down on the way back home with a blown head gasket and then enjoyed a slow drive home with the 'Man with the Flashing Lights'. This year we have 6 teams entering individually from our Land Rover Club - Beds Herts & Cambs so the competition will be hot!!!!

We have to raise a minimum of £600 to be able to enter the event but as ever that is not our aim, we would like to raise £1000 at least. We cover all the vehicle costs ourselves including entry fee of £150 and fuel, so all donations go to Macmillan.

We did it all again, 2007 was a different challenge again and after a setback with the results we can now confirm we came 7th out of 59 starters. Collecting another award for navigating and a cup for highest placed team from our own club 'BHCLRC'. Thank you all for your generosity and up to date we have helped raise almost £80,000 for Macmillan with our target by the end of the year being £100,000.
