Andy Mac and Irfon Rock and wife Rebecca williams have decided to run the Vale of Clwyd Half Marathon on the 7th December 2014 for #teamirfon to raise support for the Alaw Unit in Ysbyty Gwynedd where Irfon is currently receiving treatment for bowel cancer.

Irfon Williams has set up this charity appeal with his wife Beccy to firstly raise awareness  of the importance of looking after your mental health whilst living with cancer, and secondly to help continue the good work the team at Alaw ward do in treatment of this illness.

James Cook and myself discussed what we could do to raise money and decided on running.
