As most of you know George (aka grandad) lots his fight against CKD in 2018.

He wanted to remain at home until the end , unfortunately for dad this wasnt possible.

Hospice care do there best to make this happen for many. 

Due to circumstances - dad , anxiety,  Covid-19,  Ive totally lost my mojoband my fitness.

Trying to get going again and also shift some lockdown pounds , taking on the Virtual GNR.

I know I can do the distance, my pledge is to complete ot in as near to 3 hours as I can.
