For the second year, Tamsin will be taking part in the triathlon and challenging herself to beat her time whilst Anna (having suffered a slipped disc in 2009) is, for the first time, attempting to complete the sprint triathlon which comprises a 750m swim, 20k bike ride and 5k run.

We are once again supporting Contact a Family who are a local charity that support and help families with disabled children.

Contact a Family's mission and purpose is to remove the barriers imposed by society which prevent families with disabled children achieving their full potential, and to empower these families to live the lives they want to lead.
