To raise money for this worthwhile cause a group of us at Macquarie have decided to get together in a celebration of summer health and fitness! Each person has their own goal from weight loss, muscle toning to developing a long term healthy eating routine.
We have also organised group activities such as a 10k run, a nutrition talk and some gym sessions with a personal trainer.
