I'm swimming in a relay team of 6 13-14 year old girls across the channel around the 27th of August. Although I have only recently joined and qualified, I know that my team mates have been training hard since January and I am currently too. We have been pushing all of our boundries, both physically and mentally; from going to Dover for the freezing sea experience, to training in various different lidos and ponds.
