Story

WE DID IT! - Ben Nevis was wet, freezing and windy; Scafell Pike was wet, freezing and windy; Snowdon was wet, freezing and windy. We were wet and freezing (and occasionally windy) - but despite the best efforts of the weather and our dreadful satnav, delighted to finish in 23hrs 50mins.  Thank you all for your support and generous sponsorship - we really appreciate it.  Maddy, Kerry, Mark and Andy xx

Welcome to The Fundraising Page for Which Way Is Up?

We are 3 parents with children at Parmiters' School and Andy, our invaluable driver.  Together with a number of other teams, we are attempting the Three Peaks Challenge.  We are raising money for Parmiter's School Parents' Association to provide an outside, covered, seating area for the students and also to support the Teenage Cancer Trust, a charity devoted to improving the lives of teenagers and young adults with cancer.

Starting at 5.00pm on 29 June, we are climbing the highest mountains in Scotland (Ben Nevis - 1344m), England (Scafell Pike - 978m) and Wales (Snowdon - 1085m) within 24 hours, including travel time....

The Teenage Cancer Trust is the only UK charity dedicated to improving the quality of life and chances of survival for young people between the ages of 13 and 24 who have cancer,  For more information please the Trust's website at www.teenagecancertrust.org.

If you would like to help us raise money for these worthwhile causes please sponsor us! Sponsorship through JustGiving is simple, fast and secure. And, if you are a UK taxpayer then please don't forget to "gift aid" your sponsorship money; it means that the charity (for the moment at least...) can collect an extra 25% from the Inland Revenue at no cost to you.

Thank you VERY much for your support.

Maddy, Kerry, Mark and Andy.
