10,500 people in the UK have ataxia which is a progressive neurological condition that disrupts the messages sent from our brains to our muscles that are used to move, speak, listen and see. Ataxia UK funds research into finding treatments and a cure and provide support until they are found.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Whilst working for Ataxia UK I've met some amazing people and been touched by their strength and determination not to let their ataxia get the better of them. So I've decided it's time to do some fundraising of my own for Ataxia UK. I will be taking part in a group skydive on September 25th - International Ataxia Awareness Day. I’m very nervous but you can help by sponsoring me! The more money I raise the better I will feel about throwing myself out of a plane!!!

Ataxia UK has been supporting people with ataxia and their families for over forty years now. They provide unique services and support as well as researching for treatments and cures. For more information please visit www.ataxia.org.uk or www.facebook.com/ataxiauk
