<p>Hi - we're Mady and Jennie!</p> <p>We have just finished medical school and are out in Blantrye, Malawi spending a month at the charity-funded&nbsp;Beit CURE International Hospital. This is an incredible facility which provides excellent care to children living with severe bone and joint deformities, both congenital and traumatic.</p> <p>Whilst the children&nbsp;undergo incredible and often life changing operations&nbsp;they then often spend many&nbsp;weeks&nbsp;on the ward facing a long and hard recovery. Most of the children treated here are from very deprived backgrounds and many are orphaned.</p> <p>We wanted to give these inspiring children a reason to smile! We are throwing a party for them and their families next Sunday 20th May, with party games, food and arts and crafts activities.</p> <p>We need your help to raise enough money to fund this,&nbsp;with any excess going straight to the children's ward.</p> <p>We feel that this is great cause which we hope will bring some happiness to these children.</p> <p>Please dig deep and help us - any amount would be greatly appreciated!</p> <p>Thank you</p> <p>Mady, Jennie and the rest of the team xxx</p>
