<p class="MsoNormal">Thank you everyone!<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Spurred on by your support, we had a great day on July 27th.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>We started at the top of Twistelton Scar and abseiled down with the cool expertise gained from our 2009 experience, before climbing back up again.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>We both enjoyed it and quite fancy doing it again – it’s very absorbing both mentally and physically.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>You have to concentrate hard to work out where you can put your hands and feet, and how to transfer your weight as you move upwards.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>It felt very special for each of us to be the person who held the rope for the other one (just learned that this is called belaying).<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></p>
