Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My name is Makki Ahmed Tahir and I am 10 years old.  I am Life Member of Minhaj-ul-Quran.  I have been watching what has happened to our dear brothers and sisters in Pakistan and how flood has destroyed their live.  Every year 10 days before the Eid, I use to give list of my clothes to my parents for Eid but this year I am not going to buy new clothes because this is an order of my beloved Shaykh, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhmmad Tahir-ul-Qadri Sahib.  Instead I am going to donate that money towards the Pakistan Flood Appeal, I would like to buy the clothes for the children who are affected by the flood in Pakistan.

I have taken part in Great Scottish Run in the aid of Marathon and I have collected £200 so far but I need more help and someone suggested that I use Internet to raise funds.  I will contact all of my uncle and aunties throughout the globe and hoping that they will support me.

On the day of Eid, I have decided that instead of coming back after reading the Eid prayer, I will stay outside the Masjid and raise the funds for the affectees of Flood.  Please help me in this great cause.

I remember when I was little and became sick, my mum, dad and all my uncle and aunties were so worried but what about those children who does not have any shelter, no food, no clean water and Eid is TODAY.  Their parents love them too but they are helpless but brothers and sisters, don't leave them helpless, today they are helpless tomorrow it could be us.  May Allah SWT save all of us from all kinds of troubles and keep everyone and their loves safe. Ameen

Now join me to support these people and if you are tax payer don't forget to tick the Gift Aid tick box.
