Starting last Saturday 22 June  from Lands' End, the three of us are averaging 75 miles a day for 14 consecutive days on our cycling marathon to John O'Groats, so that has to be worth your generous support !

On many days, we are thankfully being joined by one or more of our volunteer, unsuspecting wind-shields -  Pat, Jon, Simon, Matt, Richard, Campbell, or Simon R  - and of course it will not be competitive at all. 

Our target charities do incredible work : NSPCC ( this page)  which my Mum always supported , and Help for Heroes (the other page).

 So please give generously and inspire us to keep going, even as the willing spirit considers matching the failing legs...
