Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On May 19th, I set off from Edinburgh Castle and cycled to Shoreham Toll Bridge - a total of 803 miles. This took just over 6 weeks and I cycled through Berwick on Tweed, Newcastle, York, Hull, Lincoln, Oxford and Guildford on Sustrans routes.
This was a personal challenge for me, but as so many folk asked to sponsor me, I decided to raise money for the charity Cardiac Rehab Support. The Cardiac Rehab team at Southlands Hospital helped me regain fitness after my heart attack in 2004 and I am pleased to be able to support them.
Any donation, however small, would be appreciated.
