We support adults with learning disabilities and autism to live confident, independent lives through our accommodation services, skills training, personal development and inspiring work experiences. Our largest training project is the Rare Breeds Centre our farm visitor attraction.

Story

        • On the 2 of August I will be taking on the challenge of riding my first century, to a cyclist, this is the equivalent as running a marathon and I will be on the saddle for at least seven hours
        • I’m taking part in the Prudential Ride 100 and will be raising money for Canterbury Oast Trust

They are a brilliant local charity that cares for Adults with learning disabilities in Kent and Sussex.

To anyone who has small children and visited the Rare Breeds centre in Wood Church. You would have seen first hand, how the charity provides inspiring work experiences.

But they also provide accommodation, jobs and a normal way of life to these Adults. They do a fantastic job but solely rely on donations and fund raising events to continue their work. Without these donations, they would not be able to provide the support needed by many people
