Story
At the beginning of 2014 I was a non-runner. Thanks to NHS Couch to 5K, Parkrun, Cornerstone Fit, Slimmingworld and the fantastic inspirational people I have met this year, I am now 4 1/2 stone lighter and run 5K at Great Lines Parkrun most Saturday mornings. It has taken some gritting of teeth to get up those hills I can tell you. I am still not a natural athlete.....feel more at home on the couch!!! But I will be there on Saturday, ready to take on the mud, another challenge and a good cause. :-)
