Story
On Saturday 5 April at 11am I will be setting off from Horstead Mill in an attempt to row 75 miles of Norfolk rivers in a small plastic boat that I purchased for £50 about 10 years ago from a toy shop to take my two sons out in. This is going to be a true challenge for me! I'm planning to sleep wild on the river each night of what is likely to be a two week expedition. I'm is setting off on this incredible feat in memory of my Mother in Law, Doreen Foyster, who died 5 years ago, and loved birdlife and the Cley marshes area of Norfolk. This is the perfect challenge for me to get close to our amazing wildlife whilst also raising money to protect it for future generataions.
