Having discovered that we are no longer as young as we used to be, my brother and I set ourselves the challenge of attempting to run 10 miles on our own free will in aid of Cancer Research. This run signifies a fantastic journey of highs and lows for us both and the growing strength we have gained through running.

We have lost some amazing people due to Cancer and so doing this run is our way of providing support and strength to anyone touch by such a heart breaking disease.

Therefore, without getting the begging bowl out, please could you show your support and sponsor us in our intrepid run through Portsmouth - in return, we will salute you with the raising of the pint glass at the finish line!
