I am running the 10K charity run in London again this year on the 14th July 2013, with a big group of fellow crazy people, in a multi-coloured afro wig covered in sunflowers, bumblebees and butterflies!!

All funds go towards the development of the new in-care patient unit at Skanda Vale Hospice
