Organised by Macmillan cancer support, &lsquo;the Ben Nevis Challenge 2012&rsquo; in Scotland. This is a hiking event which takes me and about 50 other people to the summit of Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in the UK, 1,344 metres (4,408 ft) above sea level.<br><br>It won&rsquo;t be an easy walk in the park, it&rsquo;s an 8 hour trek depending on the weather and there is a drop of about 10c at the top in temperature. My training is on-going and I am looking forward to raising 600.00 if not more.<br><br>I hope you can all help me out with this year&rsquo;s event to make a big difference to peoples lives. All of your money will go direct to the charity and I am paying for the trip myself.</p>
