This is going to be my third GREAT NORTH RUN and I have decided to run for HELP THE HEROES.

Myself and Dave loved the army life and were fortunate enough not to go through risks these young soldiers have to go through. Every day a soldier is wounded or killed and I feel that they are risking their lives on our behalf. These soldiers are so very brave and they and their families need all the help they can get.

I am hopeing to get around the GNR as I have had a knee injury and it isn't 100%. I know I am going to be in pain but it is a small price to pay.
