<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p>
<p>I have made the pledge that for every 30 seconds I run under 36 minutes in this 10km race, I will pay £20</p>

<p>Why do it for sex? </p>
<p>In the UK: </p>
<p>l) More than three and a half million people under the age of 45 have had a sexually transmitted infection.</p>
<p>2) One in ten adults don’t realise you can get pregnant if you have sex standing up.</p>
<p>3) At least half of all pregnancies are unplanned. </p>
<p>4) More than 2,000 teenagers get pregnant every week.</p>
<p>This is not acceptable.</p>
<p>1) More people, young and old, need to be less embarrassed about talking about sex. You can help us achieve this.</p>
<p>2) If people had better levels of self-esteem and confidence they could negotiate healthier relationships. You can help us achieve this. </p>
<p>3) If sex and relationships education were compulsory more young people would know how their bodies worked. You can help us achieve this.</p>
<p>Without grants and donations none of this will happen.</p>
<p>That’s why we need your help.</p>
<p>1) £37.50 could help three Year 7 teachers by giving them enough of our booklets on puberty and growing up for the whole class.</p>
<p>2) £185 could pay for a day’s community project where young people can talk about friendships, relationships and body image with one of our qualified staff.</p>
<p>3) £750 could give someone the skills to be able to help hundreds of parents talk about sex, relationships and growing up with their children.</p>
<p>4) £1,000 could help us lobby MPs for comprehensive sex and relationships education to equip young people with the skills and knowledge they need.</p>
