Last year I abseiled off the M+S on High Street Kensington.  This year I'm doing a triathlon!

It takes place on June 5th at Blenheim Palace.  750 metre swim, 20km bike ride, and 5km run.  ouch!

I'm raising funds for Demelza Hospice Care for Children

Demelza provides hospice care for over 600 children with life-limiting illnesses and their families across East Sussex, Kent and South London.

It's a great cause, and don't be shy if you can't afford to donate much, as it all adds up and helps.
