Jump for the Fallen World Record Tandem Attempt · 19 March 2017

We exist to give a lifetime of support to the wider Army family, regardless of where or when a soldier served. We act swiftly and efficiently in providing support in the form of grants to those who find themselves in real need. We also provide grants to charities who support the wider Army family.

Story

On 19 March 17 8 Trg Bn REME will attempt to break the current World Record of most Tandem Parachute jumps (403) in 24 hours at Netheravon airfield, Wiltshire. Our target is to have at least 456 jumpers, each participant representing a British Soldier who died during the Afghanistan Campaign whilst serving his and her country.

The event is being organised by 8 Trg Bn REME, an army unit based in Lyneham. The event is being organised to raise money for the ABF- The Soldiers' Charity.

Each person taking part will be required to raise at least £350 or you can make the difference up on the day. The 3 individuals who raise the most money will have the option to do their Tandem jump with a member of the elite 'Red Devils'!
