National Three Peaks Challenge · 21 January 2013

The Christie charity provides enhanced services over and above what the NHS funds. Your support can help us to fund life-changing and potentially life-saving projects that will benefit cancer patients both now and in the future.

Story

On 24th August 2013 me and some of my family will be attempting the national three peaks challenge.

For those who do not know what the three peaks challenge is, it is to walk to the top of the highest mountain peaks in England (Skafell Pike 978 metres), Scotland (Ben Nevis 1344 metres) and Wales (Mt Snowden 1085 metres) in 24 hours.

This challenge we are doing in aid of "The Christie" who raise money to fund projects outside the scope of the NHS for cancer patients. Most recently some of this funding has been used for a member of  my own family, and for that we want to give something back.
