It provides advice mainly on debt, and benefits, we are a small charity run centre, that helps local people.

Story

On the 20th July 2012 Graham and I are going to attempt the Three Peaks Challenge. This challenge involves walking the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales.

Ben Nevis (1,344 metres, 4,409 ft), the highest mountain in Scotland

Scafell Pike (978 m, 3,209 ft), the highest mountain in England

Snowdon / Yr Wyddfa (1,085 m, 3,560 ft), the highest mountain in Wales

The original Three Peaks Challenge is attempted within 24 hours, but seeing as we are not training, we are going to attempt it over a few days. (still a big achievement for us.)

We would like to raise as much money as we can for ROSE HILL AND DONNINGTON ADVICE CENTRE which is a very local and trust worthy, small team of people who rely on donations and grants to help people with debt advice.. They have stopped many people from going homeless in the past and looking at the "economic climate" I think this is a VERY important advice centre to keep running!!

"Rose Hill & Donnington Advice Centre Ltd is a small independent advice centre. We are grant-aided by Oxford City Council and by Oxfordshire County Council. We are a registered Charity.

We offer free advice to all who ask, in confidence. We are ready to represent clients at Reviews and Appeals on any type of Benefit. Should the need arise, we will represent you in Court concerning debts, rent arrears, evictions and mortgage repossessions."
