In a few days, I will be packing my bags heading for Antwerp....

Not going to be much of a holiday though as I will be putting on my wetsuit for a 1900m swim, jumping on the bike for a 90k cycle and then putting on my trainers for a 20.1k run.....if I cross the line I'll be delighted, if I can do it in around 6 hours, I'll be ecstatic...

The pain will be a little less if I know that I am raising pounds and pence for good causes....your support would be hugely appreciated....

I am raising money for a charity called Tri for Life, which in turn will be distributing the money to nine incredibly worthwhile causes - Help a London Child, Rays of Sunshine, Greenhouse Schools Project, World Jewish Relief, Shelter from the Storm, Employment Resource Centre, Kisharon, UCL Hospitals and Old People's Welfare.
