If you never met me before, my name is Marcus. There are two things you should know about me. First, I love to learn about medicine and I am going to medical school in the fall. The other thing is that I love to run. Combining these two interests means I will either run to my patient's house for their apointments.... or run for a charity in the health care field.
I found World Without TB and decided I wanted to run for them. Their goal is to decrease the length of treatment for TB so that a greater % of patients will successfully take all of their medications. This would then decrease the amount cases and bring us one step closer to eradicatiing TB.
My fundraising target is ambitious, but I fully believe in this cause and I believe the charity's goal is reachable if we all contribute. I will accept donations in person or through this website. ANY amount you can offer will mean a lot to me, the charity, and all of thepeople who need help.
