After taking on Football to Amsterdam for the last two years it's time to push myself! 195km in 12 hours thats the target! I have become very involved with prostate cancer over the last 3 years and this will be the 4th event for prostate cancer in 3 years as I will also be taking on F2A two weeks before hand!
