As some of you know I have been trying my hardest to remove this middle age spread over the past few years and think I have finally found the answer. 

I love to box and I've now been asked by my trainers to actually step into the ring and raise money for an amazing children's charity. 

How could I refuse.

I've no idea who I'll be fighting but you can guarantee I will have my arse handed to me by a younger stronger man!
