There are still thousands of beautiful and intelligent moon bears trapped on bile farms, in tiny wire cages, which don't even give them enough room to stretch. &nbsp;They have their bile cruelly extracted through permanent holes in their abdomens and live in constant pain and fear. &nbsp;Animals Asia has signed agreements with the Chinese and Vietnamese Governments to rescue 500 and 200 bears respectively and work towards bringing this cruel and totally unnecessary trade to an end (there are over 50 herbal and synthetic alternatives)</p> <p>All the rescued bears need medical attention and lifelong care as they cannot be released into the wild due to their past on the bile farms. &nbsp;</p> <p>Please take a look at the 2 photographs I posted. &nbsp;Chengdu Truth didn't live long enough to experience human kindness. &nbsp;Thankfully Jasper and many others did. &nbsp;Please help Animals Asia look after them and rescue many many more. &nbsp;If you can't afford to donate now you can set a reminder for later when you might be able to or you can just share my page with all your friends.</p> <p>Please watch this <a title="The First Time" href="http://youtu.be/DqamfM4P1yU">short film dedicated to Chengdu Truth</a></p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
