Hey guys! I know I said I wouldn't ask again after the Race for Life but we're crazy on the ward where I work and this muddy, grueling, knackering commando challenge looked like a great idea on paper!

Please sponser me a little bit - there are 12 of us doing the challenge so we should be able to get a really healthy fundraising total.
