I am running the Cardiff Half Marathon on 18th October in memory of my late husband Kevin.  He died of a brain tumour when my older daughter Honor was two, and just three weeks before our younger daughter Ellie was born.   Many of you will know David Sandeman who looked after Kevin during his illness, and who always kept in touch with us afterwards. He brought the wonderful work of Hammer Out to my attention and the support they give to anyone whose life has been touched by this awful illness.  Anything you can spare to help Hammer Out would mean so much not just to them, but to me as well.  There are so many charities doing amazing things, and Hammer Out has a place close to my heart.
