It does not seem twelve months since I struggled around last year's 5k FC United Minithon. This year's event promises to be bigger than before as we look to involve other community organisations, coops and supporter-owned clubs in the event.

I am one year older now, so all donations are welcome, and why not join me in leafy Chorlton Meadows for a healthy day out?

The £31,000 raised in the first two years helped MedEquip4kid's work with sick young people and their families and helped FC United continue with our highly regarded community work and provision of a viable and affordable alternative to top flight football. This year we are assisting children’s charity, Frost Foundation.
