Ive always admired people who raise money for the charity of their choice, so this year I decided that it was about time I joined in, and did something rather than just reading about others efforts!

So, I'm taking part in a 24 hour Spinathon sharing a Spin bike over a twenty four hour period with my daughter Lydia Wood. So between us we shall be spinning for 12 hours each over the 24 hour period.
