<p>On the 25th September 2011 I am taking part in a 5k run raising money for the Hertforshire air ambulance. I will be running in memory of my beautiful little godson Ryan who tragically died on the 31st July 2011 aged just 2 in a drowning accident. On the 22nd September 2011 it would have been Ryan's 3rd birthday so it seems appropriate and a fitting tribute to him to raise money for the paramedics and air ambulance who tried so hard to save his life and bring awareness of the fantastic job they do. </p>
