As some of you may know I began learning to swim in December 2012, I completed my first pool based triathlon in September 2013 and now am ready to tackle an open water triathlon.

I will be swimming 1km in open water, cycling 60km with a few steep climbs and running 10km.

Don't feel too sorry for me - it is in sunny Lanzarote! I will be meeting all my own costs so all of your money goes to the Prince's Trust.
