We are walking for Team Jacum !!

On Saturday 28th September 2013 we will be taking part in Shine London 2013 raising money for Cancer Research.

Maria Roe and Bob Wright will be walking a full marathon of 26.2 miles whilst Claire Wright and Helen Trimble will be walking a half marathon of 13.1 miles.

You may have noticed that Team Jacum are making a slight change from our usual charities. 

Cancer has effected so many of us. People we know and love are fighting, people we know and love have won their battle and some have sadly have lost it.
Cancer has often made us feel hopeless, useless even. But then we remember one thing that Jacob taught us and still shows us everyday......Together we are better, together we can offer support and that we can make a difference. 

So we are walking for children's cancer inspired by our little bear in memory of him and everyone else we have lost to make a difference to families we might never meet but need our help: help team Jacum to walk all over cancer!
