Story
Hi all,
So in February 2017 I found out I have Grade 3 Breast Cancer. I was just about to turn 41. I have had a few scares leading up to this, but doctors did not seem to think it was necessary to keep an eye on me or to send my samples off to be analysed as on paper I do not look likely to get cancer? It's not in my family and I'm still (relatively) young! 😳
Oh well, sometimes life sucks and so, here I am, just about to do chemo session no 5 of 6. It's beyond hell. I don't want to do it anymore😫 & I have not had an easy run.
BUT I'm not alone. And I'm not worse than others. So I would like to help and contribute as much as I can, which is why I'm starting with a little Pleasure Ride on my thoroughbred Foray through the English countryside (please do not chuck me off 😱!!!).
Chemo does help, but it is so destructive and there are other options out there which are not receiving the funds & research they need. So let's change this. We need more options & all the help we can get.
