Maria is a 15 year old girl, who has been inspired by the work being undertaken by #TeamSeas in America. Maria is currently living in a children’s hospice with her family and would like to prove that even unwell and disabled children can make a difference to the world if they care enough for the cause.

#TeamSeas are undertaking a mission to clear the oceans of 30 million pounds of rubbish by New Years Day. For every dollar raised they pledge to clear a pound of waste from the oceans. The Ocean Cleanup will be supporting the challenge and sending all contributions to #teamseas

We will be making one lump donation in Maria’s name. All contributions we receive will be celebrated and sent to Maria’s campaign of choice, Team Seas.
