My story
Nearly 3 months ago a good friends husband died suddenly. He left behind a loving wife and two daughters. It took 11 weeks for them to found out that he left them because he had heart desease. Please help us raise money to help save other people lives. Every little helps. Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Well it is over now i done it in 4 hours and 35 minutes. Thank you to everyone who has sponsored us, i really appreciate it xxx
three weeks of training, lets hope i make it all the way from London to Southend tomorrow !!!
First time out on my bike today after breaking my foot. It went really well, have to say it is easier to ride than it is to walk. We took it slow and did a bit of off road. 20 miles took 2 and half hours. Only 2 weeks to go !!!
It's been just over 4 weeks now since i broke my foot and i pleased to say that today i got back on my bike. Managed to do half an hour before the pain kicked in Yay !!!
Day four after falling off my bike, and my foot is starting too feel better, so hoping to be back in training soon.
