Marie's Fundraising for the Epilepsy Society!

INCA Trek · 6 August 2015
Hello!
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Did you know that every day in the UK, 87 people are diagnosed with epilepsy? It is a condition that is far more prevalent than most people think.
I have decided to take part in as many
charity challenges as I can over the next year to raise £3000 for the Epilepsy
Society. In Easter, I will be cycling from Loughborough to the Scottish border,
a saddle-soring 250 mile trip over 5 days. This pedal-powered journey up the
country will be my first challenge, but is far from an easy ride! My ultimate
adventure next Summer will be completing the Inca Trek in Peru to reach
the dizzying heights of Machu Picchu.
The Epilepsy Society is the UK's leading epilepsy research charity, but they
need support from generous people like you to help advance their research,
improve their expert residential care and increase their vital support and
information services.
Please help me raise as much money as possible for this great cause by
sponsoring me on my challenges - starting with my cycle to Scotland! My target
for the year is a massive £3000, so I would really appreciate any support you
can offer. All contributions, however small, will make a difference to the
lives of people with epilepsy. Please give what you can!
Thank you!
