In October I’ll be taking part in a charity challenge in Cambodia along with 39 colleagues, living and working with the Knapor community to build 5 classrooms at a local high school – helping to make a huge difference in one of the poorest countries in Southeast Asia, with limited access to education in rural areas and a rapidly growing population.

Now you’ve picked yourselves up off the floor..... Here’s how I need your help! Not only will I be spending a week of hard graft, sweat and possibly a few tears along the way, we’ll also be helping Barnardo’s and Age UK by raising vital funds.

Please donate what you can. Every penny counts towards helping these two great charities who help transform the lives of older and younger people across the UK and share the belief that no-one should have to go through life alone, no matter what their age.
